Adult fitness classes meet morning and evening from the fall session through the spring. Sessions run in blocks, so register at the start of one and your place is held for the whole run.

Fall session

Registration opens ahead of the first class. Sign up for the full run of classes.

Winter session

Classes move indoors through the coldest months, when the days are short and the rooms are warm.

Classes head back outside as the ground softens and the evenings stretch out again.
