How to apply

Applying is the first step. We stay with you for the rest.

An application is how your name enters the process. Three simple stages stand between you and the waiting list, and staff here can walk you through each one.

01

Gather your household information

The names of everyone who will live in the home, your current address, and your household income details.

02

Complete the application

Share what we need to place your name on the waiting list for the housing your household is eligible for.

03

Keep your details current

If your address or household changes, let us know. That is how we reach you when a home becomes available.

Status & support

Check your place on the list.

Waiting is part of the process, and so is being looked after while you wait. Here is where to check in, and who to ask when something changes.

Waitlist status

Your application stays active while you wait for a home. Keep your address, phone number and household details current so that we can contact you when something opens up. If your situation changes, update your file rather than starting over.

Resident services

Already living in one of our homes? Resident services is the front door for questions about your unit, your lease, and the support available to you and your household. If you are unsure who to ask, start here.
