What we do

Six calls we take around Lafayette.

The emergency kind and the planned kind — the six jobs below are the ones we do most.

Emergency leak repair

A burst supply line, a joint that finally gave out, water coming through the ceiling. We shut it down, find it and stop it.

Drain cleaning

Slow sinks, backed-up tubs, a main line that gurgles when the washer drains. We clear the line and tell you why it clogged.

Water heater replacement

Tank or tankless. The old unit comes out, the new one goes in, and the old one leaves with us.

Repiping

Whole-home repiping for pipe that’s past patching and past surprising you in the middle of the night.

Sewer camera inspection

A camera down the line and the picture up on a screen, so you see the break, the roots or the belly in the pipe before anyone digs.

Fixture installation

Faucets, toilets, tubs and the rest of it — set level, sealed, and dry when we hand it back.

Sewer camera inspection

Before we dig, we look.

A camera goes down the line and the picture comes up on a screen. We find the break, the root or the belly in the pipe — and show you the spot before anybody picks up a shovel.

  • Roots at a joint
  • Cracked or collapsed pipe
  • A belly — a low spot that holds water
  • Grease and scale on the pipe walls

How a repair goes

Then we make it hold.

Three steps, whether it’s a two-foot patch under the house or a whole new run of pipe.

01

Open it up

We cut out the failed section and look at the pipe around it, so we’re not patching over something that’s already gone.

02

Fit the new run

Repiping, a new water heater, a new fixture — fitted, supported and lined up straight, not zip-tied to a joist and hoped for.

03

Pressure it and watch

We put the system back under pressure, watch the joints, and clean up after ourselves before we leave.
