AV Aurelia VossCoaching Book a discovery call

Executive coaching · Providence, Rhode Island

Presence you can rehearse.

Executive coaching for the people a room is watching — and for the teams around them.

Aurelia Voss works one to one and with leadership teams on the moments that carry weight: the keynote, the board update, the pitch, the conversation you have been postponing. We prepare the material, rehearse it under pressure, and adjust until it holds.

Services

Five ways to work together.

Every engagement starts with the same question: what is this room expecting from you, and what do you want it to remember? From there the work is specific — the real talk, the real meeting, the real audience.

  1. 01

    Executive coaching

For the leader whose visibility is part of the job.

One-to-one work on how you enter a room, hold attention and finish a thought under pressure. Built for founders, operators and creators who are expected to speak for the work, not just do it.

We rehearse the moments that decide the meeting: the first ninety seconds, the hard question, the close.

  2. 02

    Team workshops

    For teams who present together.

A working session on how your team presents, hands off and decides in front of other people — so a client pitch or an internal review runs the same way twice, whoever is in the room.

Everyone leaves with a role, a part they own and a rehearsal they can repeat without me.

  3. 03

    360 reviews

For a clear read on how you land.

Structured feedback gathered from the people who see you work, then read back to you as themes you can act on — not a verdict you have to absorb alone.

Themes, not scores. Patterns we can rehearse in the next session.

  4. 04

    Leadership retreats

For the decisions that need a whole day.

Time away from the calendar to work through the bigger conversations: strategy, succession, the pitch you keep postponing, the call you have been circling for months.

Fewer slides, more decisions — who speaks when, and what gets settled before the room breaks.

  5. 05

    Keynote talks

For the talk only you can give.

Development of a keynote or signature talk: structure, pacing and the lines worth pausing for, built around the story you already have and the audience you are actually facing.

We cut until only the load-bearing sentences remain, then rehearse the pauses.

How it works

Bring it. Rehearse it. Keep it.

Presence is not a personality trait you either have or you don’t. It is preparation you can repeat — and the point of the work is that you no longer need me in the room.

  1. 01

    Bring the material

We start with what is actually on your calendar: the keynote, the board update, the pitch, the difficult conversation. What stays, what gets cut, and which sentence carries the weight.

  2. 02

    Rehearse it under pressure

We run it the way the room will: interruptions, hard questions, the moment your plan stops working. You practise the recovery, not just the opening.

  3. 03

    Keep the plan

You finish with a marked script, a short list of cues that put you back on the line, and a way to prepare the next one on your own.

Sessions run in Providence, Rhode Island, at your office, or wherever the room happens to be.

In the room

The work happens where the performance does.

The boardroom, the workshop table, the stage, the walking meeting where the real sentence finally arrives. Coaching, workshops, reviews, retreats and keynotes — the preparation travels with you.

Rehearse where it counts.

We work in the setting the performance actually happens in: your office, your stage, your off-site. The room you are nervous about is the best place to practise in.

Bring the material you are avoiding.

Booking

Start with a discovery call.

A short working conversation, not a pitch. Bring the talk, the team, the review or the retreat you are preparing for, and we will work out where the coaching starts and what the first sessions need to cover.

What we cover on the call

  1. 01What you are preparing for, and who will be in the room.
  2. 02Where the current plan breaks down under pressure.
  3. 03Which service to start with — coaching, workshop, review, retreat or keynote.
