Four steps, in that order, every time. The plan comes before the order, so the room lands where the drawing said it would.

Measure

We come to the house, take the room apart on paper, and talk through what stays and what goes.

Draw

You get a plan and a number in writing before anything is ordered. Changes happen here, where they are cheap.

Build

Materials are ordered to the drawing — sized, checked and staged, not guessed at the counter.

Fit

Install, punch list, and a walk-through of the finished room with you in it.

Work in the middle of it.
