Ring 01
Parent & Tot
The first ring. You are in the water with your child the whole time, so water becomes a friendly place before it becomes anything else. Small splashes, close hands, no hurry at all.

Swim lessons for Phoenix families — from a parent’s arms to a first lap of the pool. Five programs, one starting point, and a swimmer who knows how to move through the water.
The programs
A drop lands in the smallest ring and moves outward. So do our swimmers: a parent’s hands, then the shallow end, then a lane of their own.

Ring 02
Where independence begins. Floating, breathing, and moving through the water on their own — the work of turning a nervous beginner into a swimmer.
Register for Learn-to-Swim
Ring 03
For swimmers ready to go further. Technique gets sharper, endurance builds, and a rhythm starts to hold all the way across the pool.
Register for Stroke Development
Ring 04
One swimmer, one instructor, one focus. A quieter way into the water for the child who needs a gentler start — or a faster one.

Ring 05
The widest ring. Longer stretches in the water, more repetition, more momentum — the kind of week where everything clicks into place.

“A ripple doesn’t stop at the edge. It reaches everyone.”
One lesson in a Phoenix pool is an ordinary morning — and it changes what the rest of the summer looks like. Water stops being something to be careful around and becomes something your child knows how to move through. That confidence travels: to the lake weekend, the family reunion, the deep end of a friend’s pool.
