Estate & house cleanouts · Duluth, Minnesota
We start at the kitchen table, not at the front door. You tell us what stays, what goes, and what you can't decide on yet. Then we clear the house — quietly, on your timeline.

What happens after you call
Before & after
We don't publish complete before-and-after pairs. A family's rooms deserve to be shown once, not twice. So here is a single frame from each of four rooms — the rest of the set stays with us until you ask to see it.
Full sets are shown at the walkthrough. Ask and we'll bring them. (555) 014-2290

Every house is different, so these are starting points rather than quotes. After the walkthrough you get one straight figure, and you'll know exactly what it covers.
If the job is smaller than you feared, we'll say so. If it's bigger than we first thought, we'll say that too.
Request a walkthroughDumpsters, hauling and moving help are arranged as part of the job. Nothing is booked without a conversation first, and nothing leaves the house until you've said it can.
Where we work
Alder Street is based in Duluth, and our work stays inside St. Louis County, Minnesota and Douglas County, Wisconsin.
City blocks and county roads alike — we plan the day around your address, not ours, so we can be where we said we'd be, when we said we'd be there.
Not on the list? Call and ask. If we can get to you, we'll say so. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
(555) 014-2290The next step
One call is enough to start. Tell us the town, roughly how full the house is, and what's worrying you most. If you're not ready yet, that's all right too.
