Portland, Oregon — wholesale coffee program

From green bean to your back bar.

Alder & Ash roasts the coffee, builds the private label, sets the grinder, trains the bar, and keeps the subscription running — so the shot your customer gets on Tuesday tastes like the one they got last month.

Wholesale, private label & equipment

Everything your bar needs, from one roastery.

Standing orders, private label, espresso setup, training and launch help are run by the same team that roasts the coffee. That's the point: one roastery owning the whole span from green bean to the shot your customer drinks.

Subscription boxes

The chain closes at your door.

A subscription is the same coffee pulled the other way — a standing box of whatever's coming off the roast schedule, sent to your kitchen on a cadence you set. Set it, change it, pause it, or hand the box to a regular who keeps asking which beans to buy.

Both ends
The same roastery that supplies your bar, now supplying your shelf — and your regulars'.

Green coffee & roast profiling

Green in. Profile out.

Everything downstream depends on the first two steps. Lots are logged when they land, curves are written down rather than remembered, and the coffee is cupped before it goes anywhere near your bar.

Profile

Pack
Valve bags labelled for your bar or your own brand, dated on the seam.
